Photovoltaic systems for domestic households

In recent years one thing has remained constant – increasing electricity prices. Do you have a roof and would like to opt out of this inflationary spiral? Then why not generate your own electricity? The experts at WIRSOL can help you on your path to gaining independence from the utility companies. One thing is certain – a WIRSOL solar system will allow you to produce carbon-free electricity for your own consumption – and cost less than half what you pay your electricity supplier.

In combination with a suitable storage solution you will, as a general rule, also be able to use considerably more than 70% of the electricity produced by your system for your own needs. Parallel to this, a viable storage solution will enable you to make a significant contribution to reducing the load on the grid.

Financing, planning, installation, insurance and service – WIRSOL can realize comprehensive photovoltaic solutions of any size based on your actual consumption, drawing on the experience gained from 8 500 existing systems when doing so.

Our services at a glance:

  • Analysis

WIRSOL analyses the load profile and your usage patterns.

  • Planning

WIRSOL can plan the right photovoltaic solutions for your needs, if desired including a storage system and energy management to maximize the amount of electricity available for your own needs.

  • Focus on customers

WIRSOL is supplier-independent. This allows us to focus exclusively on your needs, designing the best possible solution for you.

  • Quality control

All the components used by WIRSOL, such as panels, inverters, storage cells and controllers, are of the highest quality and carefully selected to be compatible.

  • Service

WIRSOL offers a full-service package for your photovoltaic system, including extensive insurance cover.

  • Support

WIRSOL can assist you with the application process for financing and state subsidies.

  • Retro-fitting and expansion

WIRSOL makes it possible for you to retro-fit your system with corresponding storage systems as well as to expand existing systems in line with consumption, primarily using EEG feed-in.

Tailor-made solutions for specific requirements

Each roof is different. As a result many differing factors influence the planning process when WIRSOL designs a photovoltaic system for you. At the beginning of our partnership we therefore work together with you to answer the following questions among others:

  • What are the specific characteristics of your roof?
  • How is your roof constructed?
  • How much electricity does your household need?

Having your own photovoltaic system represents an important contribution to protecting the environment and slowing climate change. Don’t leave anything to chance when doing so, put your trust in our competent, personal advice. Our advisors undergo continual training to ensure that they are able to provide you with the best possible support when realizing your project.

Rising prices for fossil fuels and the costs for nuclear waste disposal are also causing energy prices to increase, with electricity becoming more expensive. Opt out of this inflationary spiral now – with your own photovoltaic system from WIRSOL.

Avoid steadily increasing electricity prices and free yourself from dependency on falling feed-in remuneration. Why not simply use the solar power you generate for yourself? Own consumption is more profitable than ever, paying for itself thanks to ever more efficient system components and special state subsidies. Should your own consumption be lower than the amount you produce, you can simply feed the surplus power into the grid and get paid in return.

State funding

Under the terms of the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) WIRSOL photovoltaic systems qualify for state subsidies. This means that you will receive a fixed tariff for the power you produce – at a rate which allows you to protect yourself against rising electricity prices in the long term. A key factor in the tariff rate is the date on which your system is installed, as the remuneration tariff fixed on this date is guaranteed by the state for the next 20 years.
